OPERATION

  • What does the expression "one size" mean?

The expression "one size" means that the garment is available in one size/size. On the other hand, when a garment is one size, this does not mean that it dresses all silhouettes. That is why, in the online store, the clothes are divided into 4 different types of silhouettes.

  • I don't understand how silhouettes work?

Our clothes are mostly one size.The interactive questionnaire is therefore there to facilitate your purchases by guiding you to the clothes that suit you. The silhouettes are determined according to your usual size. Even if the clothes are one size, it may happen that they do not suit certain silhouettes. When you consult an item, it is specified for which types of silhouettes it is appropriate and a link to the questionnaire is present directly on the product pages.

  • Is it possible to order on the site and pick up my order in store?

If you want to pick up your order in store, you must contact us at (418) 338-5252 and we will proceed with your order (free of charge). Your order will be waiting for you at the store.

  • Why can't I find certain items that I saw on the site before?

That's because we've run out of stock for this product.

  • Why does it happen that an accessory in the photos is not in "Add Accessories"?

That's because we've run out of stock for this accessory.

  • Are the clothes the same price in-store and online?

Yes, the prices are the same whether you buy online or in store.

SHIPPING/RETURN POLICIES

  • Where can I get my order delivered?

It is possible to have it delivered anywhere in Canada for a single cost of $11.95. We also deliver abroad, however additional charges may apply.

  • What is the delivery time?

You will receive your order within 2-8 business days.

  • What should I do if I want to make a return?

Simply contact us by email mentioning the reason for the return. An authorization code will then be sent to you. You will need to write your code on the side of your box and mail it back. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer. However, if the item is defective, Virage Mode will be responsible for the return costs and therefore these will be refunded to you (maximum $11.95) or credited to your next purchase (maximum $15). The customer will choose the option he prefers.

Once we have received the package, we will refund your purchase and shipping costs if applicable.

Return (non-defective items)

1) Email viragemode@outlook.com, specifying reason for return, your order number and name.

2) An authorization code will be emailed to you. Write this code on the side of the package (reuse the same box).

3) Mail your package to 805, Boulevard Frontenac Est, Thetford Mines(QC), G6G 6L5

4) Upon receipt of the package, we will refund

Return (defective items)

1) Send an email to viragemode@outlook.com, specify the reason for the return, a photo of the defect, your order number and your name.

2) An authorization code will be emailed to you. Write this code on the side of the package (reuse the same box).

3) Mail your package to 805, Boulevard Frontenac Est, Thetford Mines(QC), G6G 6L5.

4) The shipping costs for the return will be reimbursed to you (maximum $11.95) or credited to your next purchase (maximum $15) and Virage Mode will assume the delivery costs for the sending the item in good condition if desired.

  • Is it possible to get a refund or exchange an item purchased on sale?

No, all items on which discounts are applied are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL ACCOUNT

  • Do I need to open an account to order something?

No, it is not mandatory to have an account on our online store to place an order. However, registering will save you a lot of time when paying. It is up to you whether or not to accept that your email address be used to send newsletters.
