Return (At customer's expense)
1) Complete the following return form: https://viragemode.com/a/return
2) Once the form has been completed and the return has been approved, you will receive instructions for the return by email (in store or by carrier depending on the option of your choice).
3) Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a refund.
** Returns of online purchases can be made by a carrier or in store, follow the procedure in the email that will be sent to you once the form has been completed.
Return (defective/error items, at our expense)
1) Email viragemode@outlook.com. containing:
- Your order number.
- Your name.
- The reason for the return.
- A photo of the defect if applicable.
- The error in the command if applicable.
2) A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you. Affix the label to the package and schedule pickup with the shipping company (reuse the same packaging).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery in Canada is free with purchases of $75 or more. For purchases under $75 delivery charges of $7 + taxes apply & are paid by the customer. For all orders outside Canada, additional shipping costs may be added as well as customs fees. The receipt of the package by the customer is 2 to 8 business days in Canada. Orders outside of Canada will be received within 20 business days. Virage Mode is not responsible for delivery delays during shipment.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
To request a refund, please complete the following return form: https://viragemode.com/a/return
Simply complete the short returns form in the “Returns Center” section. An authorization code (RMA) will then be sent to you and this code must be written on the side of the package containing the return. You have 10 days following receipt of the parcel to contact us and return the parcel to us. No refund or exchange will be possible beyond this period. The returned product must be in its original state, i.e. it must still bear its label and must not have been worn and/or washed. As soon as Virage Mode has received the returned item, it will be refunded to you according to your method of payment. When a return is not related to a defective item or an item error in the order, the total shipping costs are borne by the customer and not by Virage Mode.
In the case of a defective item, take a photo of the item showing the defect and send it to us by email mentioning the defect. In this situation, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by Virage Mode and a return label will be sent to you by email. The item will be refunded as soon as Virage Mode has the package in hand.
For items that were purchased in store, these are only refundable in store.
